I'm Vaibhavi Mengade, a Biotechnology postgraduate and passionate STEM educator with over 5 years of experience teaching, mentoring, and creating engaging learning experiences for students across different age groups. My journey in education has taken me from classroom teaching with Teach For India to developing science and STEM programs, designing curriculum, training educators, and mentoring young learners. I have worked with students from primary to secondary grades, helping them build strong conceptual understanding while making learning interactive, enjoyable, and relevant to real life. I specialize in Science, Biology, Environmental Studies, and STEM learning. My teaching approach focuses on curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on learning rather than rote memorization.
